Troubleshooting

● The blender jug / mill container is not set properly.
➝ Make sure to align the marks on blender jug / mill container and motor housing, then twist
it firmly until you hear a "click" sound.
● The mill container base is not assembled tightly. (MX-EX1011, MX-EX1031 only)
➝ Assemble it tightly. (P. EN6)
● The protection device of overload or overheating is activated.
➝ Refer to "Overload and Overheating Protection" for inspection. (P. EN7)
● The power plug is disconnected.
➝ Insert the power plug into outlet firmly.
● The protection device of overload or overheating is activated.
➝ Refer to "Overload and Overheating Protection" for inspection. (P. EN7)
● Too much ingredients.
➝ Reduce ingredient amount.
● The mill container base is not assembled tightly. (MX-EX1011, MX-EX1031 only)
➝Assemble it tightly. (P. EN6)
● The mill container base is not assembled tightly.

● The mill gasket is not attached or attached loosely.
➝ Attach it properly.
● Foreign matters are attached to the mill gasket.
➝ Remove them.
● The mill gasket is damaged.
➝ Contact Panasonic Service Centre to replace it.
● The liquid amount is not enough.
➝ Add more liquid.
● Too much ice cubes. (e.g. juice with a lot of ice)
