Troubleshooting

The blender jug / mill container is not set properly.
The mill container base is not assembled tightly. (MX-EX1011, MX-EX1031 only)
The protection device of overload or overheating is activated.
Refer to "Overload and Overheating Protection" for inspection. (P. EN7)
The power plug is disconnected.

Too much ingredients.
Reduce ingredient amount.
The mill container base is not assembled tightly. (MX-EX1011, MX-EX1031 only)

The mill gasket is not attached or attached loosely.
Foreign matters are attached to the mill gasket.
Remove them.
The mill gasket is damaged.
Contact Panasonic Service Centre to replace it.
