13.2 Error messages – TELESET
Code
C 13 Link disrupted.
C 18 Line quality too poor.
C 14 Processing in TELESET data
C 23 centre not possible at present
C 39 (maintenance work).
Modem has not received dial
C 26
tone (Telephone line not
C 29
connected?).
C 27 TELESET data centre busy or
C 28 does not answer.
Telephone number has
C 31 changed. Call will be repeated
automatically with new number.
Error message
Cause
If an error occurs during loading of postage, an error
code is displayed. There are two types of errors:
– Temporary problems with establishing connection
Error code starts with the letter "C".
– Errors which lead to the loading process being
aborted. Error code starts with the letter "E".
"C" codes
The connection to the TELESET data centre is only
temporarily disturbed. The procedure is repeated
automatically up to 3 times.
