LCD display
The LCD display shows messages and prompts during operation,
and displays selections, text, numbers, and names when registering
information.
In Use/Memory lamp
Lights when the telephone line is being used or a document has been
received in memory.
Alarm lamp
This lamp flashes when an error occurs, or when the FAX-L360 is out
of paper or toner.
One-Touch Speed Dial buttons
Use these buttons for one-touch speed dialling.
Tone button
Press this button to use tone dialling temporarily when your unit is
set for pulse dialling. See page 10-6 for details.
Numeric buttons
Use these buttons to enter numbers and names when registering
information, and to dial fax/telephone numbers that are not
registered for automatic dialling.
Redial/Pause button
Press this button to redial the last number that was dialled using the
numeric buttons, or to enter pauses between digits when dialling or
registering fax numbers.
(Hook) button
Allows you to dial, even with the optional handset still in the handset
cradle.
Receive Mode button
Use this button to select the receive mode for receiving faxes.
(Start/Copy) button
Press this button to begin faxing, or copying.
Resolution button
Press this button to select the resolution the FAX-L360 will use for the
document you want to fax, or copy.
