Getting Familiar With Your Cal Flame Cart

Folding Work Surface (Conversion): Grasp handle on tray and lift up. Tray surface will

lock in place. To unfold, lift up on cabinet end of tray and let down slowly.

Do Not cut on or use sharp objects/utensils on the stainless steel work surfaces. This

may cause scoring resulting in an unsightly appearance. However, you may place a

cutting board in this area for food preparation
