In the range hold status ("AUTO" indication is OFF), the meter will choose the fit range by
the upper limit value.

Press Range < > keys to choose the fit range.
Press Rate key to choose the following speed ：
Fast: Fast Sampling
Medium: Medium Sampling
Slow: Slow Sampling
