SCHULTE INDUSTRIES LIMITED - DHX-360/600 TILLAGE
GENERAL STATEMENT AFFECTING ALL SCHULTE WARRANTY
Schulte Industries Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser only, that in the event of any defect in material or
workmanship in the product sold by Schulte Industries, the subject of this warranty ("the goods") during the
warranty period mentioned below the manufacturer will provide the coverage specified below.
This warranty is in place of any other warranty or guarantee whether implied or expressed in any conditions of
purchase of the buyer, and does not extend to impose any further liability on the manufacturer than set out
below.
•
Any work done to the product without being authorized by Schulte, may not be covered by Schulte.
•
Any alterations, modifications, or additions done to the product without written permission from
Schulte will void the warranty.
•
Only Schulte replacement parts qualify under this coverage.
•
All coverage applies to manufacturer's defects only.
•
This warranty shall not be interpreted to render Schulte Industries Ltd. liable for injury, death, property
damage or damages of any kind.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
For Agricultural Use (original owner, excluding commercial or rental)
•
Parts, Freight & Labor.
•
Structural Warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase.
•
Component Warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects only.
Components include, but not limited to, such non-wearing parts as hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic
hoses, and hydraulic valves.
•
Tires and Rims are covered by the tire manufacturers warranty against manufacturer's defects only.
•
Only ground transportation will qualify for reimbursement.
For Rental Use (30 Days from first in service date)
•
Parts, Freight & Labor.
•
Tires and Rims are covered by the tire manufacturers warranty against manufacturer's defects only.
•
Structural warranty is 30 days from the first in-service date.
•
Component warranty is 30 days against manufacturer's defects.
•
Only ground transportation will qualify for reimbursement.
Replacement Parts
•
Warranted replacement parts will either be replaced or rebuilt at Schulte's discretion.
•
Replacement parts for machines out of warranty are warranted to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery to the customer.
•
Replacement parts for machines in warranty are covered for the duration of the 1 year warranty or 90
days, whichever is longer.
•
Ground freight charges for shipping new or rebuilt warrantable replacement parts to the dealer or
customer will be covered by Schulte. Only ground transportation will qualify for reimbursement.
