6. If fitting a new electronics box the handset and receiver relationship will have to be
set. See section 7.3.

16.10 To remove the appliance from the fireplace.

1. Remove the burner unit (See section 16.2).
2. If the fire retention is as method 1 (See section 10.1 of this guide), remove the
screws.
If the fire retention is as method 2 (See section 10.2 of this guide), slacken the
hexagonal adjusters on the cable retainers and unscrew the thumbscrews to release the
cables.
3. Refit as described in the relevant installation sections. Make sure gas soundness,
sealing, spillage test and performance are satisfactory.
