Ensure, when selecting the heat transfer fluid, that no toxic gases are
generated. Flammable gases can build up over the fluid during usage.
Ensure the over temperature cut-off point is set lower than the fire
point for the heat transfer fluid selected.
The highest working temperature as defined by the EN 61010 (IEC 1010)
must be limited to 25°C below the fire point of the bath fluid.
When working with fluids other than water:
• Do not use any fluid until you have read and understood the label and
the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
• Do not blend any fluids.
• Ensure any fluid residue or any other material is thoroughly removed
before filling the bath with a different fluid.
• Always wear protective clothing, especially a face shield and gloves.
• Avoid spattering on the circulator's components, always slowly add fluid.
When adding fluid, point the opening of a container away from yourself.
• Use fume hoods.
• Do not allow any ignition sources in the vicinity.
