Troubleshooting
Now that you have evaluated the status of several components and parameters, you can
begin troubleshooting any faults or problems that you have discovered.
Collect necessary information such as:
Detailed name and address of the customer
Contact person and telephone number
Time when fault(s) occurred
Detailed fault(s) description
Save log files for future reference
Device type(s), serial number(s), and software version(s)
Results when attempting to address faults
Problem level and required solution deadline
