2.20. Installation of waterproof leg

Waterproof leg is designed to particularly aggessive environment. The leg is able to protect against seeping
moisture or other substances into Uniq 150. Note consistent abutment and seal all installed components during
installation.
1. Remove holder with connectors modul from the leg hinge. It is necessary to dismount leg from Uniq 150 before
starting installation. Appropriate is when hinge is fixed with a cuff already during installation.
2. Put cable glands in cable glands holder.
3. Put tubing on each cable and move the cables through glands. Set the cable lenght necessary to its connection
to the connectors inside of cover. Place tubing on cable glands from outher side so as half of tubing cover the
cable gland and another half the cable. Shrink tubing so as water cannot seep through it. (Shown by installation of
waterproof VESA holder.)
Note: If the standard Uniq 150 with leg or tube is reworked, surely will be necessary to adjust cables. In order
to move a LAN and USB cables through the gland, the cables must be cut close to the inner connector
(cut must be inside of device) and then solder them together. To cover of soldered places use shrinkable
tubing.
4. Holder temporarily fix to the leg. For that reason use temporary nuts and screws.

5. Seal the leg with silicone and let it solidify about 24 hours.
6. When silicone is rigid, it is possible to remove temporary nuts and screws. The holder with glands stay on the leg
because of rigid silicone.
7. Sealed cables move through hinge inside of Uniq 150 and fix the leg. Screws of strenghtened jumb simultaneously
fix holder with glands such as temporary nuts and screws did before.

2.21. Installation of wall holder

Wall holder is designed for fixation Uniq 150 (Nx execution with leg) on a wall.
Preparing before installation on a wall:
1. Drill hole to the leg of diameter 4 mm to manipulation with locking screw M4 × 25 mm.
2. Remove metal leg strip on the side of locker installation. Two of the metal strip screws will used to locker fixation.
