2.13.3. WiFi installation into milled covers

Some of the Uniq 150 covers has already milled cavities for setting WiFi antennas. In this case is more suitable set
antennas in those cavities.
1. Screw adapter to WiFi module.
2. Connect WiFi module with adapter to miniPCI connector CN4 (N270) or CN1 (D525) of mainboard.
3. Antennas cables connect to MAIN and AUX connectors of WiFi module.
4. Stick doublesided tape on both antennas from the side of cable. Let one side of tape covered, because antennas will
be sticked already after closing front and rear cover. Stick antennas into cavities. Defat cavities before sticking.

2.14. Interconnection and installation of VGA port

VGA port is connected to mainboard to connector VGA1 (Uniq PC) or to connector CN1 (Uniq Display).
Owing to VGA connector installation for Nx execution is necessary to assembly extended connectors holder.

2.14.1. Interconnection of VGA port for Nx execution

1. Insulate end of cable and put tubing on individual wires.
2. Solder connectors on the cable.
3. Soldered places cover with tubing and shrink them with hot air.

Tubing 1,6 × 10 mm
Flat cable RM1mm 40pin colored
Connector VGA D-SUB 15M 3-row for cable

2.14.2. Interconnection of VGA port for Tx execution

1. Insulate end of cable and put tubing on individual wires.
2. Solder connectors on the cable.
3. Soldered places cover with tubing and shrink them with hot air.
4. Put covers on connectors.

In this case is VGA connector led on own cable out of device. Lenght of cable depends on stand hight
or following individual needs.
