Description
The internal NVRAM may be
damaged. The unit is using default
configuration settings.
The NetGuardian is configured to
listen for DCP polls but has not
received a poll in over 5 minutes.
Community string does not match
your SNMP master's community
string.
A notification 1 event, such as a
page or email, was unsuccessful.
A notification 2 event, such as a
page or email, was unsuccessful.
A notification 3 event, such as a
page or email, was unsuccessful.

Solution
Login to the NetGuardian's web
browser and configure the unit.
Power cycle to see is the alarm
clears.
Check if unit can ping T/Mon or
disable if not in use.
Verify both community strings to
make sure they match.
Verify that you can ping both
devices.

Try pinging the Network Time
Server's IP Address as it is
configured. If the ping test is
successful, then check the port
setting and verify the port is not
being blocked on your network.
To turn the feature off, set the
Timed Tick timer to 0.

Make sure Trip ID on the
NetGuardian unit matches the Trip
ID on T/Mon for the unit. If they
match, call DPS Tech Support
