11 Troubleshooting
If the device does not operate as intended, check the table below for information.
Symptom
The device cannot be switched on. The device is not being supplied with power.
No sound can be heard.
The display does not switch on.
Poor reception via DAB+ / FM.
The device cannot be operated.
If the malfunction has not been resolved, even after performing the checks described,
please contact the Technical Hotline.

Possible cause / remedy
Connect the power supply unit correctly to the
socket and to the device. Replace flat batteries.
Increase the volume.
Disconnect the device from the mains supply /
briefly remove the batteries and reconnect the
device to the mains.
Fully extend the antenna. Change the position of
the antenna or the TECHNIRADIO 3.
Disconnect the device from the mains supply /
briefly remove the batteries and reconnect the
device to the mains.
