Description
A Code DRAM error occurred.
A host/local PCI bus interface error
occurred.
A ServeRAID controller error occurred.
A SCSI bus error was caused by the
cables, termination, defective drives, or
other components. Z refers to the
specific channel or channels that cause
the error.
The firmware code is corrupt or the
download jumpers are in place.
Action
1. Install the download jumpers, flash the latest
level of BIOS code and firmware for
controller. Then, remove the jumpers.
2. Reseat the ServeRAID controller.
3. Replace the ServeRAID controller.
1. Flash the latest level of BIOS code and
firmware for the controller.
2. If ServeRAID-8i controller, integrated RAID
controller on the computer.
1. Flash the latest level of BIOS code and
firmware for controller.
2. Make sure that the controller is supported for
this computer.
3. Integrated RAID controller on the computer.
1. Follow the instructions in "Interrupt status
port register (ISPR) error procedures" on
page 57
2. Make sure that the SCSI cable is connected
correctly.
3. Reseat the following components:
a. Hard disk drive
b. ServeRAID controller
4. Replace the following components one at a
time, in the order shown, restarting the
computer each time:
a. Hard disk drive
b. ServeRAID controller

firmware for the controller. Then, remove the
jumpers.
2. Reseat the ServeRAID controller.
3. Replace the ServeRAID controller.
