Procedure
1. For optical output power and optical input power threshold errors, you can:
• Clean the fiber cable connectors for the affected link.
• Replace the fiber cable for the affected link.
• Replace the SFP or SFP+.
2. For temperature threshold errors, check your equipment environment for proper air
circulation and ventilation.
3. For voltage bias threshold errors, replace the SFP or SFP+.
