Cockpit Cover
TYPICAL COCKPIT COVER

admidships.
This type of canvas cover may be equipped with cockpit cover poles.
If installed, their purpose is to keep the canvas tight and water out
of the interior. There may be on the underside of the cover areas of
reinforced canvas material or grommets. These are for the cockpit cover
poles. Each pole is adjustable by opening it to the desired length and
tightening the thumb screw. You may find it helpful to mark the poles
so you can install them in the same location each time.
