4.5.7 Zero adjustment
The zero adjustment, i. e. measuring and storing the absorbance of a cell
filled with water, is necessary after the meter is switched on.
Additionally, we recommend to carry out a zero adjustment if the ambient
temperature has changed.
Only perform the zero adjustment against distilled water in an optically per-
fect cell. The zero adjustment must be performed separately for each cell
type.

If necessary, press the <M> key several times until the measured pa-
rameter Concentration is selected.

Press the <CAL/ZERO> key.
The menu for adjustment measurements opens up.

Delete blank value
Standard adjustment
Using < > < > and <START/ENTER>, select and start the Zero

adjust. function.
The menu-guided zero adjustment starts.
Follow the instructions on the display.
