The DA converter start scale value or the full scale value are wrong. This is a typical, virgin or burnt-out
EEPROM error. In the former case it is necessary to calibrate the current output; in the latter case it is
necessary to send the instrument to us for repair.

CURRENT OUTPUT START/FULL SCALE VALUES ERR
As for error 22 but with reference to the second current output.

ERR 24
1
CURRENT OUTPUT CONVERSION CALCULATION ERROR
An attempt has been made to set start/end current output values too close to each other, or their EEPROM
values are corrupted. Reprogram P12 and P13. If the error persists even with different P12 and P13
values, contact STEIEL.

CURRENT OUTPUT CONVERSION CALCULATION ERROR
As for error 24 but with reference to the second current output. Reprogram P15 and P16.
ERR 27
RELAY 1 PWM CONSTANTS ERR
An attempt has been made to set start/full scale, proportional regulation values too close to each other or
their EEPROM values are wrong. Reprogram P02 and P03. If the error persists even after having modified
the parameters, contact STEIEL.
ERR 28
RELAY 2 PWM CONSTANTS ERR
As for error 27 but with reference to relay 2. Reprogram P07 e P08 .
Besides the above errors, the µP 97 recognizes and displays the following anomalies :
E.ALI. : Power supply error. When the µP 97 is turned on, it checks the power supply voltage; if this is lower than
20% of the nominal value, this signal appears. Check the power supply !
C.ALI. : Drop in power supply. While running, the µP 97 realizes that there has been a drop in the power supply
and point this out. If the power supply then returns to the correct value the instrument takes up normal
operation once more. Check the power supply voltage !
ATTENTION ! If the above two errors perist, it is possible that the microcontroller memory will be ruined.
UR
: Under Range. The input signal is lower than the minimum value established for this instrument. Check the
sensor connected to the input and the relative cables.
OR
: Over Range. The input signal is higher than the meaximum value established for this instrument. Check
the sensor connected to the input and the relative cables.
