ENERGIZATION DELAY = 600
DEENERGIZATION DELAY = 0
An energization delay is added in order to eliminate useless relay release due to momentary conductivity peaks
which then fall below the threshold.

AUXILIARY DISPLAYS

If the keys [ NEXT ] , [ - ] and [ + ] are pressed during normal operation (i.e. outside the above setting procedures)
they display :
pH-meter
key [ + ]gain multiplication factor (0.667 ... 1.428)
key [ - ]
key [ NEXT ]
redox meter
key [ + ]gain multiplication factor (1.000)
key [ - ]
key [ NEXT ]
residual chlorine meter
key [ + ]gain multiplication factor (0.020 ... 2.000)
key [ - ]
key [ NEXT ]
thermometer
key [ + ]gain multiplication factor (0.940 ... 1.060)
key [ - ]
key [ NEXT ]
conductivity meter
key [ + ]gain multiplication factor (0.750 ... 1.500)
key [ - ]
key [ NEXT ]
N.B. : When calibrating for the first time, the values must be set at : OFFSET = 0 , GAIN = 1.000 .
ERRORS
Each time the µP97 recognises an error, it displays the relative error code and sends the appropriate message along
the serial line. To exit from the error situation, just press any key or wait approx. 3 seconds to exit automatically.
The following is the list of possible errors :
ERR 1
TOO LARGE
The numerical input is too large.
ERR 2
TOO SMALL
The numerical input is too small..
ERR 3
OUTSIDE RANGE
The instrument has been requested to display an inexistent parameter.
ERR 4
INTERNAL VARIABLES ERR
P 97 internal error. Turn off the instrument then turn on again to eliminate.
ERR 6
ERR FROM AD CONVERTER
Abnormal operation of converter or circuitry annexed to analog input. If the error is intermittent check for
sources of disturbance near the µP 97. If it is steady, send instrument to us for repair.
ERR 7
ERR FROM AD CONVERTER
As for error 6
ERR 11
OUTSIDE MEASUREMENT RANGE
This is an error that occurs rarely since there are hardware limitations on the amplitude of the input signal as
well as software ones ( "UR" or "OR" signals) . Check the input signal; if it is normal (within set limits), send
instrument to us for repair.
