ERR 13
MEASUREMENT CALIBRATION ERR
During calibration of main input, a conversion error has occurred. The calibration procedure must be
repeated.
ERR 15
MEASUREMENT CONVERSION CONSTANTS ERR
The values set for start/full scale are outside the range and therefore generate a calculation error. This error
can only occur before the input is calibrated (therefore in the factory) or if the EEPROM memory is ruined. In
the latter case, try to reset the correct values for parameters 20 and 21 via serial programming. If the error
cannot be corrected, contact us.
ERR 17
MEASUREMENT OFFSET MINIMUM LIMIT REACHED
An attempt has been made to set a measurement offset lower than the minimum allowed, or to calibrate
the offset with an input value which is too low. This means that the electrode (or cell) connected to the
instrument gives unreliable signals (or that it is immersed in a wrong buffer solution).
Minimum offset limits for the various types of measurement :
pH-meter
redox meter
residual chlorine meter
thermometer
conductivity meter
When this error appears check the following :
1. The condition and cleanliness of the electrode (or cell)
2. The buffer solution used.
3. The condition of the connection cables.
ERR 18
MEASUREMENT OFFSET MAXIMUM LIMIT REACHED
An attempt has been made to set a measurement offset higher than the maximum allowed, or to calibrate
the offset with an input value whichis too high.
Maximum offset limits for the various types of measurement :
pH-meter
redox metrer
residual chlorine meter
thermometer
conductivity meter
Make the same checks as for error 17 .
ERR 19
MEASUREMENT'S MINIMUM GAIN LIMIT REACHED
The minimum multiplication factor value has been reached. This means that the electrode (or cell)
connected to the instrument gives unreliable signals (in this case too high).
Minimum gain limits for the various types of measurement:
pH-meter
redox-meter
residual chlorine meter
thermometer
conductivity meter
When this error appears check the following :
1. The condition and cleanliness of the electrode (or cell)
2. The buffer solution used.
3. The condition of the connection cables.
ERR 20
MEASUREMENT'S MAXIMUM GAIN LIMIT REACHED
The maximum multiplication factor value has been reached or an attempt has been made to calibrate the
instrument's F.S. with an insufficient input signal.
Maximum gain limits for the various types of instrument:
pH-meter
redox meter
residual chlorine meter
thermometer
SS or FS turbidity meter
conductivity meter
Make the same checks as for error 19.
