5.9 "mA" working mode
The current supplied to the pump (through the input signal) determines the proportional dosing according
to the two minimum and maximum values of strokes per minute set during programming.
When to use this mode?
This mode is useful when an external signal in current is available and it is necessary to properly dose a
product in the set quantities.
Which parameters must be set?
HImA (high current)
LOmA (low current)
SPM (strokes per minute)
To work in this mode it is necessary to set the values of "HImA"
(high operating current), "LOmA" (low operating current) and "SPM"
(strokes per minute) that pump will produce when getting close to
the set values.
To set these values enter "mA" setup mode. The cursor will start
blinking on the first digit near "HIma" field. Enter the high current value
that will be supplied to the pump ("UP" key). To move to next digit
(unit) press "RIGHT" key.
Then the cursor will blink on the first digit of the "SPM" field. Enter
the strokes that pump will produce near "HImA" value ("UP" key)
previously set. To move to next digit (unit) press "RIGHT" key again.
Press "P" key to move to "LOmA". The cursor will start blinking on
first digit near to "LOmA" field. Enter the low current value that will be
supplied to the pump ("UP" key).
To move on next digit (unit) press "RIGHT" key.
Then the cursor will blink on the first unit of the "SPM" field. Enter
the strokes that pump will produce near "LOmA" value ("UP" key)
previously set. To move to next digit (unit) press "RIGHT" key again.
Press "P" key to save the entered data and "ESC" to exit to main
menu or only press "ESC" to exit without saving.
Attention: if a wrong value is set (for instance, the same value for HImA and LOmA has been set), an error
message (WRONG ENTRY) will appear. Set correct parameters.
