dilution coefficient of the product to dose 0<K<=1. Pure product K=1
Note: For the proper working of this mode make sure you have set the parameter "TIMEOUT".
5.4 "PPM" working mode
The impulses supplied by a water meter connected to the pump determine the dosage according to PPM
value, product concentration and quantity per stroke set during programming.
When to use this mode?
This mode is useful when an external signal sending impulses (water meter with impulse sender) is
available; it is necessary to properly dose a product in the set quantities, by specifying only the PPM (parts
per million). The pump will control incoming impulses.
Which parameters must be set?
PPM (product quantity in parts per million)
CONC (% of product concentration)
CC/STROKE (see section 13.4 - setup CC/ST)
WMETER (water meter with impulse sender)
TIMEOUT
Use "UP" key to change selected unit ("_" blinking cursor).
To move to next digit (unit) press "RIGHT" key.
To modify the "Conc" concentration value press "P" key.
Use "UP" key to change selected unit ("_" blinking cursor).
To move to next digit press "RIGHT" key.
Press "P" key to save the entered value and "ESC" to exit to main menu, or only
press "ESC" to exit without saving.
Note: For the proper working of this mode make sure you have set the parameter "TIMEOUT". "Timeout" is
operating when the calculation result is a multiplication.
5.5 "PERC" working mode
The impulses supplied by a water meter connected to the pump determine the dosage according to
percentage value (%), product concentration and quantity per stroke set during programming.
When to use this mode?
This mode is useful when an external signal sending impulses (water meter with impulse sender) is available;
it is necessary to properly dose a product in the set quantities, by specifying only %. The pump will control
incoming impulses.
Product quantity to dose:
(Percentage of product to dose * Pump flow rate in l/h)
Percentage of product concentration
How to choose water meter:
Use a water meter capable of supplying as many impulses as possible.
Note: Maximum frequency accepted by the pump is 1 Khz (1000 impulses/second).
