I n no event shall Dat am ax- O'Neil be liable t o t he purchaser for any indirect , special or
consequent ial dam ages or lost profit s arising out of or relat ing t o Dat am ax- O'Neil's product s, or
t he perform ance or a breach t hereof, even if Dat am ax- O'Neil has been advised of t he possibilit y
t hereof. Dat am ax- O'Neil's liabilit y, if any, t o t he purchaser or t o t he cust om er of t he purchaser
hereunder shall in no event exceed t he t ot al am ount s paid t o Dat am ax- O'Neil hereunder by t he
purchaser for a defect ive product .
I n no event shall Dat am ax- O'Neil be liable t o t he purchaser for any dam ages result ing from or
relat ed t o any failure or delay of Dat am ax- O'Neil in t he delivery or inst allat ion of t he com put er
hardware, supplies or soft ware or in t he perform ance of any services.

The enclosed Firm ware ( Soft ware) resident in t he Print er is owned by Licensor or it s suppliers and
is licensed for used only on a single print er in t he user's Trade or Business. The User agrees not
t o, and not t o aut horize or perm it any ot her person or part y t o, duplicat e or copy t he Firm ware or
t he inform at ion cont ained in t he non- volat ile or program m able m em ory. The firm ware ( Soft ware)
is prot ect ed by applicable copyright laws and Licensor ret ains all right s not expressly grant ed. I n
no event will Licensor or it s suppliers be liable for any dam ages or loss, including direct , incident al,
econom ic, special, or consequent ial dam ages, arising out of t he use or inabilit y t o use t he
Firm ware ( Soft ware) .
