6.1.2
Overload protection
The slip clutch (see Item (1) in Fig. 2) serves as overload protection and should be tightened in the event of faults (slipping
of the slip clutch (1) during operation) (see enclosed RUFLEX installation instructions).
Torque 25 Nm (Ruflex 011TF).
Every six months the slipping clutch must be refilled with grease via grease nipples (see Item (2) in Fig. 2).
6.1.3
Counterholder rollers
Correct adjustment of the counter-rollers (3) is responsible for generating the forward drive.
The counter support rollers (3) have been preset by the manufacturer with a pretension of 2-3 mm.
Check from time to time that the counter support rollers (3) (41700018) all rest evenly on the spur gears (2) (41700019). If
necessary, correct them slightly using the set screws (1).
