Create CW, CCW, STOP button and CW - ACC/DEC rate , CCW - ACC/DEC rate, CW -
ACC/DEC Target Freq and CCW - ACC/DEC Target Freq

Step
1 Create 1 CW (W31.03 ), 1 CCW (W31.04), 1 Stop
(W31.02) pushbutton using Reset type.
2 Create 1 each:
•CW - ACC/DEC rate (D404)
•CCW - ACC/DEC rate (D409)
