INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

With the vacuum operating

Check that all the air seals are perfectly tight.
Check that all fixed protections are efficient.
Proceed with suction tests using the same materials used
during work.
This will ascertain whether all parts of the vacuum operate
correctly.

Routine maintenance

Strictly comply with the following operations to ensure that the
vacuum remains in a constantly reliable condition.

Before each work shift

Check that all warning and danger plates are fixed and
legible. Replace them if they are damaged or incomplete.
Check that the waste container is empty.
Empty it if this is not the case.
Turn the vacuum on and check the filter efficiency, on gauge
"1".

Every 200 hours service (monthly)

Check the air tightness of the vacuum. There must be no
leaks.
Check the condition of the suction hose and accessories.
They must not be torn, slit or broken since this would lower
the suction efficiency.
Check that the powering cable has not been damaged, torn
or crushed. If this is the case, it should be immediately
replaced in strict compliance with the instructions.
Check the condition of the primary filter. It must be
undamaged, i.e. there must be no tears, holes or other
damage.
Change the filter if this is the case.

Every 2000 hours service (yearly)

Check the condition of the suction unit. Have the vacuum
completely overhauled by the manufacturer or by an
authorized after-sales service centre.
ATTENTION!
Moreover, vacuum cleaners for class H must
be checked for filtering capabilities once per
year or more frequently, according to local
regulations.
Vacuum cleaner filtering capability must be
checked according to the testing procedure
specified by DIN EN 60335-2-69 AA.22.201.2
regulation. If the test result is negative, repeat
the testing procedure by using a new main
filter.
