Troubleshooting

Fault
The vacuum suddenly stops
Motor protector tripper
Dust leaks from the vacuum
The vacuum blows instead of sucking
Electrostatic current on the vacuum

Causes
Clogged primary filter
Clogged suction pipe
The filter is torn
Inadequate filter
Incorrect connections to the mains
socket
Non existent or inefficient earthing
Remedies
Shake the filter. Replace it if this is not sufficient
Check the setting.
Check the suction pipe and clean it.
Check the power draw of the motor. Contact an authorized
after-sales service centre if necessary
Change it for another of identical category.
Change it for another of suitable category and check.
Check all earth connections. Particularly check the suction
inlet fitting.
Remove the plug and invert two of the live wires.
Lastly, the pipe must strictly antistatic
