 Sanitizing the machine
Sanitizing of machine to be carried out every
working day
In the morning before starting production, sanitize
the machine as follow s:
Prepare a COLD w ater solution (MAX 25° C) and
acid (e.g. Percitric or Peracetic) in order to obtain a
final concentration of 0.1/0.3% .
Pour the solution inside the hopper and press the
w ashing key once. Maintain the sanitizing mix in
the still machine for about 5 minutes.
Drain and accurately rinse w ith clean running w ater.
ATTENTION:
WHEN WASHING AND SANITIZING THE
MACHINE, USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND
ANTACID GLOVES
NEVER USE HYDROGEN ACID (CHLORINE) OR OTHER ACIDS DIFFERENT FROM THOSE
DO NOT USE HOT WATER (ABOVE 25° C) TO PREPARE THE SOLUTION WITH THE ABOVE
TO AVOID SERIOUS PROBLEMS OF CORROSION, DO NOT LEAVE THE SANITIZING SOLUTION

INDICATED FOR SANITIZING THE MACHINE.
QUOTED ACIDS
INSIDE THE MACHINE FOR LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES.
