If we want the ice-
cream to exit faster,
press this button. The
intermittent cooling will
continue to work

If wanting to remove the ice-cream at low speed
and without cooling, press this key.
After 20 seconds it stops. If time is insufficient
press again.
Set value
Upon reaching of
this Value, the
machine stops the
cold and sounds the
buzzer to warn the
ice-cream is ready
and can be
removed.
The stirring motor
never stops.
ATTENTION:
During ice-cream
removal, Never
place the machine
in STOP switching
from one key to
another:
if in batch freezing
and wanting to
switch to quick
outlet, do not
press STOP but
ice-cream outlet
