Refer to Figure 12 for this procedure.
1. Park the machine on a level surface, lower any attachment, apply the parking
brake, set the key switch to the O
switch.
2. Remove the air cleaner components as needed.
3. Refer to the traction unit Operator's Manual for air cleaner service and
maintenance procedures.
4. Examine the air cleaner housing and cover for wear and damage that could
cause possible air leaks. Replace components if necessary.
5. Examine the air intake hose for wear or damage and replace the hoses
if necessary.
