Towing the Traction Unit

Hydraulic System: General Information
If towing limits are exceeded, severe damage to the hydraulic pump
may occur.
If it becomes necessary to tow or push the machine, the traction pump must be
set to bypass hydraulic fluid. Move the machine at a speed below 4.8 kph (3
mph), and for a very short distance. If the machine needs to be moved more
than a short distance, the machine should be transported on a trailer.
1. The traction pump bypass valve is located on the left side of the traction
pump. Access the bypass valve from under the machine.
