Cooking cakes:
• it is recommended to use accessories included with the oven.
• Cooking can also be conducted in trays purchased elsewhere. They should be pla-
ced on a wire rack. It is recommended to use black trays which conduct heat better
and shorten the cooking time.
• It is not recommended to use any shiny or bright surfaced accessories when co-
nventional cooking is selected. This may result in food not cooked enough!
• When fan assisted function is selected, pre-heating is not required. For all other
functions, please pre-heat the oven.
• Before removing the cooked cake from the oven please check whether it is ready.
Use a wooden stick (like a match) – insert it into the cake. If it is clean and dry –
the cake is ready.
• It is recommended leaving the food for 5 more minutes after cooking is completed.
• When using fan-assisted programmes, the same result can be obtained even is
temperature lower by 20-30 degrees is selected.
• Cooking parameters in the table are suggestions and can be modified.
• If recipe states cooking values drastically different than those from the manual,
please refer to the manual.
Cooking meat:
• Oven is suitable for cooking meat pieces of over 1 kilogram. Smaller portions can
be prepared on a hob.
• It is recommended to use heat-resistant cookware. Remember that handles also
should resist cooking temperature.
• When cooking food on the rack it is recommended to insert a tray with small amo-
unt of water below to catch falling fat.
• It is recommended to turn the meat over at least once during cooking. Also, please
spray the meat with its sauce or hot salty water. Do not pour cold water onto it.
