or shaking. Retest using a new test strip.

Error 4: The meter was unable to produce
a result or unusual test strip problems have
occurred that may be related to extreme conditions.

are experiencing symptoms of hyperglycemia, contact your
healthcare professional immediately. If this error code persists on
retesting, consult your healthcare professional.
[2] Retest where it is closer to a room temperature of 70°F to 75°F
(21°C to 24°C).
Error 5: The meter was unable to produce
a reliable result.

of high glucose and other medical conditions.
