6.15 List of faults reported by the R1 contact output in ALARM function

During the fault, the message remains visible and the backlight flashes.
This specific "fault menu" can be exited to return to the normal menu.
If the fault is still present, this "fault menu" automatically pops back up if a key is not pressed for 3 minutes.
In case of a problem with the displayed date/time, see § "6.4 Setting of date and time", page 26.
7.

MENU AND MODBUS SETTINGS

7.1 Modbus configuration

Enter the following Menu settings:
• P900 unit address: can be set from 1 to 247 (factory value = 1)
• P902 transmission speed: 1,200 / 2,400 / 4,800 / 9,600 / 19,200 bps (factory value = 19,200)
• P904 stop bit: 0 / 1 / 2 (factory setting = 0)
• P906 parity: none / even / odd (factory setting = none)
• P908 time out: can be set from 0 to 99,999 (factory setting = 300).
Wiring of the 150 Ohm resistance supplied (see under cover):
It must be connected between terminals A and B of the last RMEC connected to the MODBUS link, as
line terminal. If not, there is a major risk of miscommunication.
7.1.1 Example of reading of local control status (setting 1074)
Sending of setting read command to RMEC: "01 03 04 32 00 01 24 F5"
• 0x01: @RMEC
• 0x03: register read function code
• 0x0432: setting 1074 in hexadecimal
• 0x0001: One 16-bit register to read For reading of a 1- or 2-byte setting, specify one 16-bit register
to read.
• 0x24F5: CRC16.
RMEC response: "01 03 02 00 00 B8 44"
• 0x01: @RMEC
• 0x03: register read function code
• 0x02: size of data received (number of bytes)
• 0x0000: value in hexadecimal of the data Local command = 0 means that it is OFF (see table §
"7.2 Main settings / register tables", page 42).
The data is sent in MSB LSB format on a 16-bit register.
• 0xB844: CRC16
The signal transmitted by the sensor is below the minimum specified in P524.
Check the corresponding sensor, and that the electrical connection between the
RMEC and the sensor has not been cut off.
Same check for AI2 analogue input with setting P564.
AP sensor calibration has failed: the correction required is greater than 250Pa.
Shut off the RMEC power supply then power it back up and wait at least 3
minutes. If the problem persists, contact our customer service department.
Same check for the low-pressure sensor.
The requested set point has not been reached (difference greater than 30%)
over 10 sliding minutes. The system is outside the possible operating range,
modify the selected set point or/and the system's aeraulic network.
Clean or replace the filter checked by DI3 input.
