SOSTITUZIONE RUOTA DI RINCALZO
Nel caso necessitasse la sostituzione della ruota,
ad esempio la rottura del cerchio in plastica (A) la
presenza di crepe, o per mancanza di alcuni pezzi di
gomma, oppure perchè i cuscinetti sono consumati,
è sufficiente togliere la spina di sicurezza (B) e sfilare
lateralmente la ruota.
Con la ruota in mano:
• Togliere l'anello seeger (C).
• Spingere fuori con un martello in plastica la boccola
(D) dalla parte opposta.
• Sfilare i due cuscinetti (E) posti da ambo i lati e
sostituirli.

O CERCHIONI RUOTA
Una volta tolta la boccola (D), togliere le sei viti (F)
ed i due cerchi ruota si aprono in due metà. A questo
punto, sostituire il pezzo danneggiato.
per il rimontaggio, procedere nell'ordine inverso.
INTERvENTI NON ORDINARI
Sono quelle operazioni di riparazione e sostituzione di
uno o piu componenti della macchina che di norma si ren-
dono necessarie solo dopo anni di buon funzionamen-
to e che non alterano le caratteristiche della macchina.
In caso di modifiche sostanziali, il co-
struttore non può essere considerato
responsabile per eventuali pericoli che
potessero insorgere.

REPLACEMENT OF EARTHING-UP WHEELS
In the event the bearings of the wheel must be re-
placed, for example, the plastic rim breaks (A), cracks,
flaking rubber, or worn bearings, just remove the safety
pin (B) and slide the wheel off.
While holding the wheel:
• Take off the Seeger ring (C).
• Push the bush (D) out with a plastic mallet from the
opposite side.
• Take off and replace the two bearings (E) on either
side.
REPLACEMENT OF THE RUBBER COvER
OR WHEEL RIMS
Once removed the bushing (D), take off the six screws
(F) and the two wheel rims open in two halves. At this
point, replace the damaged piece.
Proceed in the inverse order to remount.
NON-ROUTINE INTERvENTIONS
These are repair and replacement operations of one
or more machine components required only after
years of good operation and which do not alter the
characteristics of the machine.
In case of substantial modifications,
the manufacturer cannot be deemed re-
sponsible for any dangers that can arise.
