FASATURA ELEMENTO TRAPIANTANTE
FASATURA COPPIA CONICA (SOLO IN CASO
DI ROTTURA DELLA COPPIA CONICA)
Per il corretto utiizzo della trapiantatrice F-MAX, effet-
tuare la fasatura nel seguente modo:
• Estrarre il distributore (A) verso l'alto e rimuovere i
componenti (B) e (C) a seconda del modello, come
indicato in figura.
• Sfilare verso l'alto l'intermittore (D).
• posizionare l'ingranaggio (E) con i due rullini (F)
in modo allineato, come indicato in figura, avendo
cura dopo avere sfilato l'ingranaggio conico (E) ri-
muovendo la vite (G) che l'ingranaggio (H) abbia la
spina (I) posizionata a ore 09,00.
REGOLAZIONE ANTICIPO E RITARDO
CADUTA PIANTA
La cessione della pianta dal distributore al martelletto
è regolabile. Questa la si può anticipare o ritardare in
funzione di determinate situazioni.
Per esempio se la pianta è lenta nella caduta
ed è sviluppata molto o pelosa, vedi tabacco, è
opportuno agire nel modo medesimo, essendo
noto infatti che all'aumentare della velocità di
lavoro il tempo del ciclo pianta si accorcia, mentre
il tempo di caduta pianta rimane il medesimo.

TRANSPLANTER ELEMENT TIMING
BEvEL GEAR TIMING (ONLy IF THE BEvEL
GEAR BREAKS)
For the F-MAX transplanter to be used correctly, per-
form timing as follows:
• Extract the distributor (A) upwards and remove the
components (B) and (C) according to the model, as
shown in the figure.
• Remove the index drive upwards (D).
• Place the gear (E) with the two rollers (F) aligned,
as shown in the figure, making sure that the gear
(H) has the pin (I) positioned at 9 o'clock after re-
moving the conical gear (E) and the screw (G).
PLANT FALL ADvANCE OR DELAy
ADJUSTMENT
The transfer of the plant from the distributor to the
mallet is adjustable. This can be brought forward or
delayed depending on certain situations.
For example, if the plant falls slowly and is
very developed or hairy (see tobacco), it
is advisable to act in the same way, since
it is known that by increasing the work

speed, the plant cycle time is shortened,
whereas the plant fall time remains the
same.
