Può quindi accadere che la pianta non giunga in fon-
do al vomere, ma venga espulsa mentre sta ancora
scendendo cioè ad un livello superiore nel terreno di
quello impostato lasciandola addirittura in alcuni casi
in superficie.
IMPORTANTE! Operare in condizione di
sicurezza a trattore scollegato e macchi-
na abbassata, smontando con la chiave
del "13" il carteraggio.
• Con una chiave da tredici, rimuovere il dado auto-
bloccante (A) dalla molla (B), staccando la stessa,
con la medesima chiave poi svitare la vite (C), la-
sciandola avvitata un solo giro. estrarre l'ingranag-
gio (D) fino a liberarne la dentatura dall'accoppia-
mento con l'ingranaggio (E). Registrare l'anticipo
ruotando l'ingranaggio (E) in senso antiorario, per
anticipare la caduta della pianta e orario per ritar-
darla, muovendo sempre con entità di due denti
alla volta per avere un minimo di effetto.
• Reinserire in presa l'ingranaggio (D) e ristringere la
vite di fissaggio (C).
• Ricollocare la molla tendicatena (B) con l'apposito
dado autobloccante (A).
REGOLAZIONE TRA LE FILE
• La regolazione tra le unità trapiantanti, si effettua
allentando i dadi dei cavallotti (F) quindi spostare
l'elemento trapiantante (G) a destra o a sinistra fino
a raggiungere la distanza desiderata, dopo di ché
bloccare i cavallotti con i relativi dadi.

Therefore, the plant may not reach the bottom of the
ploughshare but is ejected while it is still descending,
i.e. at a higher level on the ground than set, even
leaving it on the surface in certain cases.
IMPORTANT! Operate safely with the
tractor disconnected and the machine
lowered, disassembling the casing with
the size 13 spanner.
• Use a size 13 spanner to remove the self-locking
nut (A) from the spring (B), by detaching it, and with
the same spanner then loosen the screw (C), leav-
ing it screwed on by one turn only. Extract the gear
(D) until the teeth are free from the coupling with
the gear (E). Adjust the advance by rotating the
gear (E) anti-clockwise to bring forward the plant
drop and clockwise to delay it, always moving by
two teeth at a time to have a minimum effect.
• Re-engage the gear (D) and tighten the fixing screw
(C) again.
• Place the chain tensioner spring (B) back with the
specific self-locking nut (A).
ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN THE ROWS
• Adjustment between the transplanting units is car-
ried out by loosening the nuts of the U-bolts (F)
and then move the transplanting element (G) to the
right or left until the desired distance is reached;
then block the U-bolts with the relevant nuts.
