Tipi di candela:

Smontare periodicamente la candela,
pulirne gli elettrodi ed osservarne il
logoramento. Verificare con un calibro a
spessori per candele che la separazio-
ne tra i due elettrodi sia pari a 0,45 ÷
0,55 mm. Si dovrà cambiare la candela
ogni 5.000 Km ed usare i tipi sopraddet-
ti.
Per raggiungere alla candela dovete
girare verso un lato la ruota anteriore e
accedere attraverso l'intercapedine che
esiste tra il parafanghi e lo scudo ante-
riore (vedasi fotografia).
Attenzione!
L'uso di una candela non adeguata
può provocare gravi danni al motore.
Attenzione!
Se la separazione tra gli elettrodi è
superiore a 1 mm, sostituite la candela.
Non nettate mai l'elettrodo con una spa-
tola metallica né modificatene la posi-
zione per farla adempiere le specifiche.

Take the spark plug out from time to
time, clean the electrodes and check
them for wear. Check that the gap bet-
ween the electrodes is 0,45 ÷ 0,55 mm,
using a feeler gauge intended for spark
plugs. The spark plug should be chan-
ged every 5.000 kilometres using the
makes listed above.
To reach the spark plug, turn the front
wheel to one side and access it through
the space between the mudguard and
the front shield (see photograph).
Caution!
Using an incorrect spark plug can
cause serious damage to the engine.
Caution!
If the electrodes are more than 1mm
apart, replace the spark plug. Never
clean the electrode with a metal spatula
or modify its position to make it comply
with the specifications.

Zündkerzenmarken:

Bauen Sie die Zündkerze regelmäßig
aus, reinigen Sie die Elektroden und
beobachten Sie die Abnutzung. Stellen
Sie sicher, daß der Abstand zwischen
den Elektroden 0,45 ÷ 0,55 mm beträgt.
Verwenden Sie hierzu eine Dickenlehre
für Zündkerzen. Die Zündkerze sollte
alle 5000 Km ausgewechselt werden.
Halten Sie sich dabei an die genannten
Marken.
Für den Zugang zur Kerze muss das
Vorderrad auf einer Seite gedreht
werden und durch den freien Raum
zwischen dem Schutzblech und dem
Frontschutz (siehe Abbildung)
zugegangen werden.
Vorsicht!
Die Verwendung einer ungeeigneten
Zündkerze kann zu ernsthaften
Schäden am Motor führen.
Achtung!
Beträgt der Abstand zwischen den
Elektroden über 1 mm, ist die Kerze
auszutauschen. Reinigen Sie die
Elektrode niemals mit einem
Metallspachtel. Ändern Sie auch nicht
die Position der Elektrode, um diese
Bedingung erfüllen zu können.
