If you see following error signs showing on the display, please try the recommended action.
Display Possible Cause
The connection part of the
IO board and PC are loose.
USB cable quality problem
USB cable became loose
during transportation.
IO board is faulty.
Out of ticket.
Loose connection of the
ticket dispenser's cables.
Ticket dispenser is faulty.
Ticket jam.

Recommended action
Check and reconnect the
loose ports of the PC or IO
board.
Change the USB cable after
checking the connection
between IO board and PC.
Check and reconnect the
loose cables of the PC or IO
board.
Reboot the game
checking USB connection and
USB cable problem, if the
problem remains unresolved,
please call the
department for assistance.
Refill ticket
Check and reconnect the
loose cables to the ticket
dispenser.
Change the ticket dispenser.
Remove jammed tickets.
