The simulation can be enabled only if the SW4 of the
electronics is moved to Simulation Enable position
After the selection of one or more blocks of this list is
written to SPECIAL_RESTART, then the operation is really
executed writing the command "Special Restart" in the
RB_RESTART.
All the selected Blocks are configured to a pre-defined
setting allowing their switching to AUTO Mode.
PS: The Function Blocks must have been previously
instantiated into a Function Block Application otherwise
cannot move out from OOS.
