Dual Rear Interface Support
To cable Acme Packet 3900s in an HA configuration using dual rear interface support:
Insert one end of an Ethernet cable into Mgmt1 on the rear panel of Acme Packet

Media Cabling for HA Nodes
Media cabling in an HA node depends on network topology. After a switchover
between the two Acme Packet 3900s in an HA node, the standby system sends out
an ARP message using a configured virtual MAC address, establishing that MAC on
another physical port on the same Ethernet switch.
