BIOS Lock
Enable/disable the PCH BIOS lock enable (BLE bit) feature. Required to be
enabled to ensure SMM protection of flash.
Force unlock on all GPIO pads
If Enabled BIOS will force all GPIO pads to be in unlocked state.
