7.1.

Lubrication hazards

Wear protective glasses with side shields if exposure to splashing lubricants is present.
Avoid contact of your skin and body with the lubricants. Wear protective clothes with long sleeves
and legs. Wear safety boots. Wear protective gloves. If the skin is contaminated with the lubricant,
immediately wash the affected skin parts with plenty of water and soap.
Do not let lubricants escape to sewer drains, water courses or the soil.
If a lubricant is accidentally released to the environment, stop the spill, contain the spill, and collect
the lubricant with a non-flammable sorbent (e.g. sand).
The lubricants are flammable. In the case of fire, extinguish with compatible extinguishing agents
(e.g. foam, water mist, or dry powder). Do not use jets of water. Dispose of spent lubricants in
compliance with applicable regulations. Illegal disposal of spent lubricants is an environmental
hazard.
7.2.

Mower deck

The mower deck is refilled with oil via the fill port closed with a threaded plug (A) (Fig. 34). The
correct oil level is 4-5 mm above the mower deck bottom. The oil is drained from the mower deck by
removing the bolts (B) and the deck bottom panel (Fig. 34). It is best to drain the oil while hot, right
after the operation. The oil filling quantity is specified in Table 9.
