11. WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

11.1. Warranty processing terms and conditions

1) The manufacturer warrants the quality and performance of the mower this Warranty is granted
for.
2) All defects and failure of the mower discovered in 24 months from the date of sale will be
removed free of charge at the buyer's site.
3) The warranty period begins on the date of sale.
4) Each defect or failure discovered shall be claimed in person, in writing or by phone. The repairs
will be performed in 14 days from filing of the warranty claim. The warranty repairs shall be
performed by the manufacturer or its authorised service provider.
5) All warranty claims for product replacement or reimbursement of the sale price are to be filed
with the manufacturer and examined in 14 days from filing.
6) No repairs required as caused the following causes shall be eligible as warranty repairs:
a) normal wear and tear of the components which include the mowing discs, skids, sliding
bushes, gearboxes and gearbox internal parts, sliding quills and parts, articulated joints,
blade holders, blades, V-belts, belt pulleys, drive belts, bearings, rubber/metal dampers,
tarpaulin aprons, fasteners, etc. The repairs of those components shall only be done at
the expense of the mower buyer.
b) Non-intended operation of the mower or its operation in deviation from the User Manual.
c) Collision with an obstacle.
d) Excessive speed of mower deck lowering to the ground.
e) Force majeure and fortuitous events beyond the reasonable control of the Guarantor.
7) The buyer shall bear the cost of technical assessment if the manufacturer determines that the
product claimed on warranty is free of defects or damage and proven to be so by the technical
assessment.
8) The Guarantor has the right to cancel the Warranty Certificate for the product if the Guarantor
discovers:
a) Evidence of tampering with the mower internal components, unauthorized modification of
mower design, accidental damage of the mower, deformation of mower components by
mishandling, etc.
b) Operation of the mower with one blade only in any pair on a mowing disc or without the disc
adapters.
c) Extensive damage caused by force majeure or a fortuitous event, collision with an obstacle
or other factors beyond the reasonable control of the Guarantor.
d) Operation with non-genuine SaMASZ blades or blade holders from.
e) The Warranty Certificate has entries missing or redacted without authorization.
f) Non-intended operation of the mower or its operation in deviation from the User Manual.
9) The Service Contractor may terminate the Service Contract with the mower user, effective
immediately, if the mower user delays in payment for the Service Contract and the delay in
payment is longer than 30 days. If the Service Contract is terminated by the Service Contractor
due to reasons in control of the mower user, the Extended Warranty (if any) on the mower is
terminated on the same date.
10) The Service Contractor has no liability towards the mower user for any damage caused by faults
or operating failure of the machine.
