Data Logging
Data logging provides a way to collect data from a
generator over an extended period of time and retrieve it
at a later time for analysis. The data logger records 152
commonly used data values and the date and time they
were recorded and stores them in a comma separated
value (csv) file. The file can be downloaded to a PC using
a browser or can be sent as an attachment via email. A

The screen displays the current state of the eight PLC
program slots. Each tab displays the name of the
program if the slot contains a program and the running
status of the program.
Upload a program from local computer:
Select one of the eight PLC slots (A) to expand.

saved for later use by pressing the Save button (F) or
saved and started immediately by pressing the Save and
Start button (G).

"Run" check box (G).

Select a data collection interval (B) to configure the
logging session, set the duration of time for the
data to be collected (C), and whether you want the
data saved to the on-board storage of the Connec-
tivity Server or to an external, USB connected stor-
age device (D). Data logged to on-board storage is
limited to 10MB of logged data.
Once the data has been collected, it can be
retrieved by downloading it through a browser by
pressing the Download button (H) or have it sent
as an attachment in an email by pressing the Email
Log button (E).

to display search navigation.
Select a file and select "Load" (E) in the file
uploader.
Select one of the eight PLC slots (A) to expand.
Select "Load into panel" (B) to display the file
uploader.
Select the "Display" tab (F) and select "List PLC
files".
Select a file and select "Load" (E) in file uploader.
