2.2.1 RACO Type Code
Use these operating instructions only for the RACO electrical cylinder specified on the title page.
Please only heed the documents relevant for the respective version of electrical cylinder. This
information and the technical data can be found on the basis of the serial number on the type plate
and in all the documents related to the order.

In the event of failure to observe the notes and instructions in these operating instructions, the manu-
facturer accepts no liability for any resulting damages.
By following these operating instructions you will
avoid danger to yourself and others,
a)
reduce repair costs and stoppage times and
b)
increase the reliability and working life of the machine.
c)
The following should also be observed in addition to these operating instructions:
d) the applicable accident prevention regulations and
e) the accepted specialist rules for safe and proper working practices.
The operating instructions must be augmented by the operator in individual cases by operating instruc-
tions based on existing national regulations on accident prevention and environmental protection.
Keep these operating instructions somewhere where they are accessible to all users at all times.
2.2.1.1 Scope of Delivery
Please check the scope of supply according our delivery note especially for additional single parts.
RACO supplies its products in accordance with agreed delivery conditions by means of drawings, spe-
cifications and other data. RACO only check the suitability of the product for the purpose intended by
the purchaser if this has been expressly agreed, and provided that the purchaser provides the
necessary written information. The performance of operating and movement trials, and the technical
approval of the product with regard to the purpose intended by the purchaser is the responsibility of
the purchaser.
