The RACO Motor can be operated via capacitor at 1 phase AC (Steinmetz).
Please note that in this mode only a small number of starts and a significant reduction is expected.
This mode should only be done with consultation of the manufacturer. For operation on a.c. system,
we recommend using a frequency inverter. We can project the correct frequency inverter size.
Technical data
The specifications of the engine please get from to the type plate. The declared motor current and
cos φ at the type plate refer to the rated capacity of the device. These data's are recorded in S3 mode.
The design of a motor starter is based on the current value for the mode S1. This current value must
be asked separately from the manufacturer!
Installation
For the electrical installation please connect the cables according the wiring diagram.
