FUNCTIONS IN THE MENU
No./Ref.
The »No./Ref.« function is used to enter up to 16 characters
for the dictation; examples include file or patient numbers.
• Use the up or down button » « » « to select the
»No./Ref.« menu item.
• Press the »OK« button.
ESC
• Use the up or down button » « » « to select »NR on«,
»NR off« or »NR auto«.
– If »NR on« is chosen, reference characters may be
entered for each new dictation;
– »NR off«, no number/reference selected.
– »NR auto« means that each new dictation has the same
number or reference.
• Press the »OK« button.
• If you have a new dictation, or if you have selected the
»NR auto« function, use the up or down button » «
↓ ↓
» « to select your number/reference from the list.
END
• Confirm the entry by pressing the »OK« button.
• Repeat the entry for other letters.
Notes:
Digits and special characters are located in the second
level of the character set; select the character »
up or down button » « » « and then confirm with
»OK«.
To return to the first level of the character set, select the
character »
confirm with »OK«.
If a letter is to be deleted, select the character »
up and down button » « » « and confirm with »OK«.
• Confirm the input by pressing the »END« button.
