The »Typist« function is used to select the transcriber who will
receive your dictation.

• Use the up or down button » « » « to select the
»Typist« menu item.
• Press the »OK« button.
• Use the up or down button » « » « to select »TP on«,
»TP off« or »TP auto«.
– If »TP on« is chosen, a selection will be offered for each
new dictation;
– »TP off«, no entry from the transcriber for the dictation.
– »TP auto« means that each new dictation will be assig-
ned to the same transcriber.
• Press the »OK« button.
Notes:
If you have a new dictation, or if you have selected the
»TP auto« function, use the up or down button » « » «
to select your transcriber from the list.
Press the »OK« button.
You may create individual preallocations for the list using
StenoNet.mail or Steno.trans PC software.
